To confirm your reservation, you will be asked for a deposit, which varies depending on the chosen riad.

RIAD AL NOUR JANOUB: exceptional circumstances (accident, illness, death of a close relative) 100% of the reservation amount is refunded if cancellation occurs 15 days before the scheduled holiday.
25% of the reservation amount is due in case of cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled holiday.

100% of the amount of the deposit is payable in case of cancellation less than a month before the date of arrival.


RIAD LAORA:
30% of the reservation amount is due if cancellation made 21 to 30 days before the start day
50% of the reservation amount is due if cancellation made 11 to 20 days before the expected date of arrival.
100% of the reservation amount is due to occur between 0 and 10 days before date of arrival.


RIAD KALILA: 100% of the stay if cancellation or no show (no show) 15 days before date of arrival.


RIYAD EL CADI:
30% of the amount charged as a cancellation fee for cancellations made between 15 and 28 days before date of arrival.
100% for cancellations made 14 days before arrival.


RIAD ETOILE D ORIENT:
100% of the total booking is payable in case of no show.
100% of the total reservation 30 days prior to arrival.
70% of the total booking 60 days prior to arrival.
50% of the booking 90 days prior to arrival.


DAR RAVEL:
One night charged if cancellation - 21 days prior to arrival
two nights billed - 15 days prior to arrival.
three nights charged if cancellation - 8 days prior to arrival.
100% if no show.


DAR BALTHAZAR:
10% of the amount charged if cancellation 60 days prior to arrival.
25% between 60 and 45 days.
50% from 45 to 30 days.
100% at 30 days.


RIAD ALBORAQ:
100% of the amount if cancellation less than 21 days before the scheduled date.


DAR RMANE:
One night charged if cancellation - 21 days prior to arrival
two nights billed - 15 days prior to arrival.
three nights charged if cancellation - 8 days prior to arrival.
100% if no show.


RIAD ZAHR:
50% if cancellation less than 21 days before date of arrival.
70% between 20 and 11 days.
100% within 10 days.


RIAD EL MAKTOUB:
if cancellation the deposit will not be refunded.


DAR SAAD:
If cancellation the deposit will not be refunded.
